#2. Requirements for who is eligible to enter the giveaway

• This giveaway is open to people of all ages. Jim Kellner and Anthony Gitch reserve the right to substitute prizes if necessary.

#3. Giveaway entry and voting periods

• PNW Conference Countdown Giveaway  – Starts 4/10/2023 and Ends 05/10/2023. The winner will be announced on 12/16/2020

#4. How the winner is selected

• Random selection
• Jim Kellner and Anthony Gitch have the right to disqualify any entry for any reason.

#5. How the winner will be contacted

• Winners will be announced and contacted via the email provided by 5/15/2023.
• Please watch your email address on the entry form for important information, special offers, confirmation of your entry, and the announcement of winners. Please add us to your whitelisted inbox.
• Winners will have until midnight Pacific Time on 05/22/2023 to claim their prize or the winner will be disqualified and a new winner will be chosen.
• Unclaimed prizes will be offered to other entrants on 05/23/2023. They will also have 3 days to claim their prize or they will be disqualified and a new winner selected.
• Winners’ names will be made public. By entering the contest and accepting your prize you are agreeing for your name and likeness to be announced and used in our marketing at our discretion.

#6. How any personal information will be used

• Information obtained about entrants will NEVER be sold and will only be used by Jim Kellner and Anthony Gitch to update entrants on giveaway information unless they opt-in to our email newsletter which contains informative tips, conference updates, and special offers.

#7. How we will deal with suspected contest fraud and cheating

• We reserve the right to disqualify any entrant that we suspect of vote-rigging or vote-buying.
